** Please note this post is in 3 parts: Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 (see other 2 parts with photos below) THERAPY/CONSULTING/COUNSELLING ROOM HIRE - DISCOUNTED and MEETING/WORKSHOP/TRAINING GROUP SPACE AVAILABLE IN GLASGOW CITY CENTRE I've recently moved office, from Hope Street, to West Regent Street in Glasgow city centre. 2 offices are available. ROOM 2: ISHERWOOD ROOM: a smaller therapy/consulting/counselling room that can accommodate 4 people and be used for one-to-one or couples therapy. This room is currently being offered at 1/2 price for January, February and March 2020 (£5/hour for January, February and March 2020. this returns to £10/hour thereafter). This room cannot be booked on a one-off basis and is reserved for regular users only. ROOM 1: FITZGERALD ROOM: this is a larger office that has been set up for therapy and for groups, meetings and small workshops/training (up to 10 people). I  am holding a Therapist Peer Support and Supervision Group for some of my affiliates/supervisees/room users on Saturday 3rd August 2019, 10am-12.20pm. I am offering this at 1/2 price (£10). This offers 2.5 hours CPD and can be counted towards s upervision ratios. CPD certificate and refreshments included in price. It will be held in the office in Hope Street, Glasgow city centre. I have one place left for anyone who is interested. It's not a The CBT'ers Club event (since the club is taking a break this year), however, it will be very similar to the Therapist Peer Support and Supervision Groups helps at The CBT'ers Club. The space is only open to anyone who has been to one of The CBT'ers Club groups/meetings/events previously. Payment by BACS and no refunds. PLANNING GROUP COMMITTEE MEMBERS WANTED for Glasgow & West Eating Disorders Networking Group Glasgow & West Eating Disorders Networking Group is a networking, ideas, discussion and interest group for anyone in Scotland with a professional interest in eating disorders. Please note this is NOT a support group for those experiencing eating disorders. It will also be separate from the other services we provide (e.g. CBT, psychotherapy, counselling, coaching, groups, mental health consultations, supervision, training etc.) A group of us started a similar network group in 2012 and it continued until 2016. This was for anyone interested in eating disorders either in a professional capacity from different parts of Scotland, who would like to network, meet for discussions, gatherings, focus groups, social activities, events and lots more. Discounted Clinical Supervision: Glasgow city centre I have some spaces available to take on some supervisees at a discounted rate. Appointments take place in Glasgow. Launch of Glasgow & West Eating Disorders Networking Group and Committee Members Wanted     Looking forward to re-launching Glasgow & West Eating Disorders Networking Group in a few months. This will form part of our services here at Talking EDs. We launched a similar eating disorders interest group back in 2011 (and it lasted until 2015). Then it was called EDSIGS. However, we are re-launching it again soon. What is Glasgow & West Eating Disorders Networking Group? * It will be a membership group (membership free for the first few years while we re-establish it) for those with a professional interest in eating disorders (therapists, researchers, support workers, volunteers etc. - please note it's not a group for those currently experiencing an eating disorder - it's not a support group) * It will be a discussion and special interest group for professionals (i.e. those working in or interested in eating disorders in a paid or volunta

Trainers/Speakers/Presenters Required  VARIOUS DATES/OPEN/SPECULATIVE Do you have specialist knowledge or experience of a particular theme/topic, client group or field of psychology/psychotherapy/counselling/mental health? If so, we would like to hear from you! We are looking for independent training and workshops and for trainers/speakers/presenters to give talks, training or workshops, (preferably a Saturday). Practical skills practice is great too! 

Vacancy: Newsletter Writer Required for Therapy/CBT/Psychology Newsletter THIS POSITION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE The CBT'ers Club ( www.cbtersclub.co.uk ) are seeking a new Newsletter Writer to help write their quarterly Newsletters, which are distributed to Registered Members. This is a voluntary position although it will provide you with excellent experience in the field of mental health and psychotherapy.
